Not about me as much

Welcome to my first entry on blogspot. I had a blog on myspace, but don't really use or like myspace anymore, so I am moving addresses. The last blog was called "My Amazing Life" and was all about me. While all blogs are mostly about the blogger in some sense, I want to get away from writing about me and what I am doing and where I am traveling. The idea I have for this blog is a place for me to do a lot more reading and critical thinking about some of the big issues of the day. I plan on trying to read more news articles that deal with religion, ethics, and politics. I find the intersection of where the gospel meets these issues to be of most importance and I want to work on developing a voice in these areas. As always, the input from friends is always a huge help to me in developing my world view of these issues.
